Terms of Service
By commissioning the service, the client agrees to the terms described below.
File Delivery:
• The client will receive only the exported files ready for use, not the editable project files. .cmo3 files are not included in the commission.Payment:
• Payment via Paypal.• 50% upfront before starting and 50% before delivery, or full payment before the commission begins.• Failure to pay the second installment will result in suspension of the final file delivery.• Full payment before the commission guarantees a 10% discount on the final price.Pricing:
• Please keep in mind that the listed prices are only estimates; the final price may vary depending on the model’s complexity or the number of items included.• If you want priority delivery, the rush fee is 60% of the commission price.Refunds:
• If cancellation is requested before practical work begins (pre-production, rigging tests), up to 70% can be refunded.
• Once work has started, no refunds will be available.
Process:
• I will send updates for each completed stage of the rigging process.• If any issues arise, I will notify you via DM on Discord or Twitter.Wait List:
• The waitlist fee is 20% of the commission price (this amount will be counted toward the commission payment and is not an extra charge).Delivery Time:
• The standard delivery time is 1 to 2 months, which may increase depending on the model’s complexity and the number of models I am currently working on.• If the commission is delayed, a 5% discount will be applied for each week past the stated deadline.NDA (Confidentiality):
• If you wish to keep the project confidential (NDA), an additional 50% fee will be applied to the commission price.Work Schedule:
• I work from Monday to Friday.• I take weekends off.Credits:
